On October 1,2025 we received a phone call that no family ever wants to get. Our sweet, smart, talented, independent little firecracker Jacquelyn was being rushed to the hospital- unresponsive. The first 12 hours seemed so hopefull, then October 3,2025 Jacquelyn took a turn for the worse and quickly and unexpectedly succumbed to her injuries.

This lost has left our family completely shattered and heartbroken. No one could have prepared us for this tragic moment or the immense emotional and financial burden that comes with it.

Jacquelyn was a bright light in our lives, known for her beautiful singing voice, we will never forget how adamant at 15 years old, Jacquelyn was to throw her father Jackie a surprise birthday party and get up infront of everyone on the mic and sing happy birthday to him,so proud she pulled it off. Jacquelyn was extremely wise and intelligent, just receiving honor roll her first semester at college. At just 24, she had so much life ahead of her and was dreaming about finishing college as a top student and pursuing a degree in psychology. Jacquelyn was extremely excited about her future. The world lost a beautiful soul and we will miss her every single day.

As her Uncle/family, I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother and Jacquelyn mother Jen to help alleviate the financial stress that comes with a sudden loss. We are humbly asking for support to cover the unexpected costs of funeral services. Any funds raised will go directly toward giving Jacquelyn the beautiful and respectful farewell she deserves. No parent should ever have to bury their child.
