<div>Hi, I'm Brady, Co-owner and Founder of <a href="https://www.highfidelitybakery.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">High Fidelity Bakery</a> ! When my wife Janette and I started our bakery, the world was shut down and I had just lost my long-term full-time job. I first launched a menu for our friends and neighbors through Instagram to see if there was interest in a fully Gluten Free and Vegan bakery. The success was instant, and my passion to explore this endeavor was sparked.

<div>Though we started very small, and out of our house, in a short amount of time our customer base grew, and our partnerships with wholesale clients expanded well beyond what we thought possible. Over the next three years, we continued finding ways to expand our menu selection, move our production into a sublet kitchen space with our friends at the <a href="https://www.thechillybanana.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chilly Banana</a> , hire a baker, delivery driver and customer service team member, and finally establish our very own storefront in October of 2022, in the Newbold section of South Philadelphia.

<div>All of our growth has been made possible by our wonderful supportive customers, partners, and dedicated team members. We have personally financially invested everything we can into this bakery, without any outside financial help, and with the dream to see this business grow and serve our community. Last month our Instagram account was hacked and stolen from us. This was debilitating to our business as we have grown our bakery through the connections we made through our IG profile. This was yet, another roadblock. As we see our business poised for great things, we have taken a deep look into our ability to sustain the business and we have concluded that we need help.

<div>The cost of doing business is one hurdle we manage week-to-week with no room for error. Our ingredients are more expensive and harder to find through distributors, often finding what we need to be out of stock, which can hurt our ability to stay ahead of production and our customer's needs.

<div>Your help would afford us the ability to purchase more ingredients and supplies so we can comfortably stay ahead, fix faulty equipment, expand our menu, and ensure our operations remain stable. This help would also make us more able to hire, invest in our team, and open our doors for more hours, and on more days of the week. Your contribution would help us weather the storm during our slowest time of the year, and invest in our business so we can remain with our doors open, serving our great community in Philadelphia.
