My Husband is Michael Pastva, he is 43 years old, he's a wonderful father to 5 beautiful daughters, he's a hard working, big hearted , compassionate caring man, he is the love of my life. Now he has to be a fighter, fighting for his life against Pancreatic Cancer...
Recently my husband went to the doctor because he had heartburn. lol. What we thought was a bad case of indigestion was something we could have never imagined. My husbands CAT scan showed a mass on his pancreas, it also showed smaller masses on his liver and possibly the lungs. We had a biopsy of the mass on his pancreas and it came back that it is malignant.
My husband has to start a very aggressive form of chemo, but the doctors are positive because he is so young.. Our families, both Michael's and mine are a great comfort and support system to us in this unexpected time of need. Our girls are very strong but they are young and need their dad.
I have created this site to help with the funding for some of the cost associated with this horrible diagnosis...
I am asking everyone and anyone i know to help me raise money by making a contribution for the expenses that are incurred, as my husband Michael fights Pancreatic Cancer. The Pastva's are fighters, all of us, but our strength can not overcome the costs associated with treating cancer.
For those of you who don't know my husband, Michael, he would be the first to give to anyone in need. He has been the one to give to those in need, sometimes even when he didn't have it himself. He is a loving, encouraging, caring father.. He is a strong supportive brother. He is a remarkable son. He is a unwavering tower of strength and support. He is a honorable man and soul mate I have always wanted. He is my everything and that is why I am asking you to pray for him, and us, and to consider making a donation to help me and my family through this trying time..
