Otto's Wish for a Golf Cart

Otto is celebrating his 18th birthday on Nov. 23!
His dream has been to get a GOLF CART. Otto understands that he will never drive, but he LOVES to go for rides in the Jeep with the windows down, and one day a couple years ago he came up with the idea of a golf cart (smart kid).
The average cost of a used one is about $3000-4000.
It would be amazing to surprise him for his birthday with his very own golf cart that he can be driven around the neighborhood in by his brother, caregiver, etc. He would have a sense of some freedom, not to mention FUN! He would be BLOWN AWAY!
