Oscar’s Mother’s Day Fundraiser

So this is our first big fundraiser for Oscar - a very special Mother’s Day competition with 19 prizes and a total prize value of over €3,000. This doesn’t mean you need to be a Mam to enter or that you even celebrate the day. It’s happening now because I’ve been dreading Mother’s Day so much and don’t want a day I adored to be about pain, as being Oscar’s Mammy has never been anything but the most beautiful honour. We know many of you will be celebrating but equally many of you may find the day very hard. So this is our plan to try and make the day about something positive while acknowledging how painful it is too. Thank you so much in advance from the bottom of our hearts - Yav, Lar and Oscar ❤️

Our chosen charities for all proceeds is going to be split between LauraLynn and Make a Wish. Make a Wish were incredible and sent us to Disneyland Paris for the trip of a lifetime. They offer a moment of magic for families who are under enormous mental and financial strain and we would love to help fund other childrens’ dreams. LauraLynn Hospice are an incredible resource for so many families and were a constant source of support for us the entire time. They’re a huge resource not only to families with children currently ill, but also families like ours who have lost our child and they offer very important bereavement services, talks and memorial events. We hope you’ll all be as happy with our choices as we are.

We have 19 amazing prizes from the most generous people who have come together to make this happen.

Total prize value is over €3,000 (all prize details are highlighted in our stories).

To have a chance to win one of these prizes, we would ask could you please make a donation. We’ve suggested €5 but we know how tight money is for us as well as others, so whatever you can afford means the world. One donation of any amount = one entry for a chance to win one of the 19 prizes and if you wish to enter more than once of course you can do so. This giveaway is Ireland only please as companies will be sending the prizes for us.

Winners for each prize will be chosen at random and announced on Mother’s Day, March 22nd #doitforOscar
