<div>Queridos amigos, familia y almas de buen corazón, mi nombre es María Alejandra, les escribo como una hermana y gemela, con un corazón que nació al lado de otro. Hoy, con todo el amor, la esperanza y la vulnerabilidad de mi corazón me dirijo a todos ustedes a pedirles su ayuda para mi querido gemelo, Oscar Javier, quien está en medio del capítulo más difícil de su vida; <strong>está luchando contra un carcinoma renal de células claras, una forma rara y agresiva de cáncer de riñón que se ha extendido dolorosamente al cerebro y al hueso de la cadera izquierda.</strong> Oscar Javier siempre ha sido fuerte, lleno de vida, generoso, amable y muy valiente y tiene una fe enorme en DIOS.
