All of our Servers who cannot come in and serve our meals and guide our experience, their support staff which cleans our dirty plates, refill our waters and maintain our table tops pristine or our bar tenders who giggle bottles and mix ingredients to make the cocktails that we prefer with beautiful presentations and always a smile or the cook who comes in and works hard to have that favorite dish cooked to perfection for the chef to finalize in flavor, decorate and send out or the prep team who will come in at the break of dawn to receive. sort, wash and prepare all the thousands of products that will go into service, and the pastry team who will be always chanting and baking the fresh pastries that you will enjoy later on the day up to the dish washers and cleaning crews who deal with all of the cleaning tasks of the operation.
These family members are currently struggling not only with the stress of the situation and the uncertainty of the weeks and months to come, unable to generate and earn their living is that we Open this pledge for those who are more fortunate and are able to make a living or have the blessing of abundance and wealth to help us support our teams, Every penny counts and goes a long way when it comes to helping these families in need, We would like to raise funds in order to provide our team of 100 ppl with weekly cash grants to help with their living expenses and survive the current situation.
Hospitality workers are one of the biggest industries in our country and they support the nation with taxes and make our economy engine to turn, it is our chance as a nation to support them and ensure they can come back to do what they love the most which is to serve us in dining rooms and bars across the nation.
