Orville's House Fire

On Tuesday evening around 6:00 PM ( March 20th) our father's house burned down due to a kitchen fire.  Unfortunately his home where he lived for the past 36 years cannot be repaired and is a total loss.  

He had stopped carrying insurance about a year ago due to medical expenses (quadruple by-pass and a stroke) and limited income.   

Thankfully he and his dog Taco were able to get out of the house without injury.  Most of the contents of his house were ruined.

As we walked through the house with Dad after the Fire department left, he sobbed and thought about all the memories he had there, especially with our brother who passed away at age 19.  Something so routine as cooking dinner has turned his life upside down at age 70.

We appreciate you reading his story and would be extremely grateful for any support.   We know that God has a plan and we need your prayers during this journey.   

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to purchase, transport and set up a used mobile home on his land.
