Our brother Matt lost his 20 year battle to drug addiction on August 2nd 2017. He left behind a 23 month old son named Jude. Our nephew lost both his parents this year to addiction and is now an orphan.
Our parents now have the responsibility of raising their grandson on their own as well as trying to make final arraingements for our brother. The plan is to have Matt cremated and have a memorial service for him. Dates are still tentative. Jude is currently in 2T clothing , size 3 diaper and still has to use a specific formula if anyone would rather donate these items for him.
The hope is we can ease some of the financial expenses they have to bare to take care of our nephew. Everything is appreciated
