A Home Of Hope & Dreams

The "Hogar San José" is a non-profit organization located in my beautiful hometown of Dolores, which is 2 hours South of the capital city in Buenos Aires. It has been part of my family's life since I was a little girl. My mom has been involved and volunteering for at least 15+ years. I still remember hosting 16 little girls for Christmas when I was 15 years old...it is still today one of my best childhood memories. My mom Mariana is currently the president of this organization (of course it's a volunteered position) that is currently is (together with a very small group of amazing ladies)
helping on a daily basis 16 little girls (5 to 18 years old) . All of these girls come from a very hard and dark past making them very vulnarable. 

They currently need not only emotional but also medical support. My mom takes them weekly to doctors appointments, school, classes, therapists, psychiatrists, dentists, etc...whatever help they need! She has the biggest heart and I know that she's the happiest person when she knows she's helping so many little girls that don't need much...they just need love and
someone to look after them. I'm about to go to my hometown in a few few weeks (Jan. 14) so I'm trying to raise a little bit of money to help these girls. There is much to do and help with. They need new paint in every room, new sheets , a new stove, a freezer, towels, night stands, clothes for the girls, chairs, tables, pay their bills, etc etc etc ...the list is long but I promise to post pictures of before and after our help!
