Recently, my daughter auditioned for a talent scout. She loves to hip-hop dance, and honestly just wanted to get some opinions and see what her future chances could be....Low and behold, she was coined as a triple threat, She can dance, they also see possibilities of her acting as well as modeling and editorial modeling. We were so happy with the scouts uplifting advice and words of encouragement but even more happy when she was sent a call back audition email. Once again we traveled to support her dreams. Jocelyn Grace Worthington is 13 years old, a child of good parents that are just not financially capable of providing her with the next opportunity she was given. Grace was invited to LA for a week in December. Unfortunately, I (her mother) was not able to be reimbursed (paid vacation) along with other challenges that were conflicting. Yet, after explaining the issues to the scout, she was offered a second opportunity with an entrance into the Orlando convention of The Arts in July. This offers her training as an actor, commercial acting,modeling and dance. It also provides the parent with workshops taught by real life celebrity parents,to better inform them of how to manage a child in the business. The preparation pays off tremendously, when the last days of the convention, she will be given opportunities with agencies and producers. She will be interviewed and given contract possibilities. These will include such casting for Disney and Nickelodion. The last Arts convention had an 86% callback rate from agencies and producers with those who attended. If you have had the pleasure of meeting Grace, you realize how much this beautiful, talented child deserves this experience. The amount of this goal includes the Orlando camp /convention,workshops and interviews on July 23rd-29th $1795, this price does not include air fare roundtrip for two, hotel expense (mandatory to stay at hotel with convention), food, professional portfolio modeling portraits and deposit payment required down to attend. Please help us make our baby girls dream come true anything will help.
