This is what Stuart heard as he spent a week in Fasting and Prayer 2 years ago. Crazily enough we felt such a peace as we sold or gave away all that we had gathered over the past 20+ years of life! Just months later, our family of 8 began our journey - which led us here to China in 2013!
It is scary to step out and pull out all the security of our life, uproot our 6 children, move to a foreign land without knowing the language, and have no financial support ( we were home-churching at the time ). Yet, it was so clear that it was what we were called to do! Our journey has been a great TEST of Faith and and great BUILDER of Faith!
OUTREACH:
Our family is being used in the most amazing ways here in China! Almost everytime we go out we have opportunities to show love, stop fights between people ( we have stopped a man from killing another, and we have stoped a number of domestic issues, etc ), help feed the poor, share our faith, and much more! It is truly amazing how God seems to put us into the right places at the right time! We also help do our part to strengthen our Brothers and Sisters here in China by hosting teams who come to give Bibles and also reachout to communities!
OUR LITTLE MIRACLE BABY!
We also have had opportunity to save a little abandoned baby! He was left in a hospice due to a severe brain trauma. We heard that he was laying there all alone, no love, just wrapped up in blankets day in and day out. The nurses were simply waiting for him to die...but he didn't! Infact, he is our little miracle! Upon hearing about him, our family went and opened our arms and home to him. Presently, we are hoping to adopt him! We take him for physio-therapy and hope to stimulate his left brain as much as we can to make up for the major damage that leaves his right side almost non-functional.

Reaching Young Minds:
We also have great opportunity to show love and our faith through teaching English to many young people! Most of the outreach is amoung grades 7-12. We have been able to help hundreds of students - in just one year - to realize that the theory of evoulution is false! Some have even come all the way to the Cross!
Baby HaoHao:
We also have many open doors to love upon China's children! We even took in a little baby who was only 6lbs at 9 months old. He took 24 hour care, and we loved him very much! Every day we fed him every 1.5-2hrs, and changed with his Colostomy Bag. He was a precious gift that taught us more about selfless love! He has since gone to be with Jesus! We love you Baby HaoHao (his Chinese name).

Orphanage:
We also serve as volunteers in a local orphange.
WHY ARE WE NEEDIING YOUR HELP?
PRESENT NEEDS:
This month is a very dfficult month. Speaking very honestly, and to the point, we were mistreated financially which has left us having to House, Feed and Care for our family of 11 with only $5oo! So we are bringing this need forward, and it is hard to do....but, the Bible says that "If you don't ask, you don't recieve"... and if we don't let anyone know, how can anyone help?
Monthly Need:
We are not funded by any organizations or churches, and we need help in order to fund our outreach efforts!
So we are trusting God to bring forth some contributors who will commit monthly to support us financially! Any amount helps! And the more we have, the more lives we can touch!
- We have a Glasses Ministry where we will go out to poor villages and provide glasses as a way to share the Gospel!
- Helping orphan children in emergency situations or health troubles. This comes up every couple months.
- We are caring for a 17 year old girl in our home for 3 months. She has been rescued from a terrible situation
and we are doing what we can to help! So far she has no sponsors...
