Orinda Theatre Needs Your Help

The Orinda Theatre is a landmark for the East Bay.  The theatre first opened in December 1941.  Yes, the Orinda Theatre will be 79 years old this December.   We have been closed due to COVID-19 since March 16th.   We have been doing Wine, Popcorn and Red Vine sales each Friday to help us through  this difficult time.  Now, with the stay at home order extended until May 31st, the sales drive will not be enough.   Unfortunately, our operating FIXED cost of $15,000 to $18,000 a month, remain during the closure, such as rent, utilities, insurance, equipment maintenance, etc.   Please help us during this difficult  time soon we can reopen and celebrate our 79th birthday!
