Children & Adults of color especially African Americans are getting sick and dying at a rapid rate far greater than others. My name is Arion Poole and I am raising money to fund my small start up business Gourmet Medicine www.gourmetmedicines.com which was inspired by the late Dr. Sebi. Gourmet Medicine is an Alkaline Vegan Food and Herb Company that creates healthy, delicious,  and approachable food products which are infused with wholesome and mineral rich herbs like Irish Sea Moss. Our communities of less fortunate children of color who suffer from living in food deserts or live with parents who are uneducated about EATING TO LIVE will be the beneficiaries of The Gourmet Medicine brand as well as our patrons. Our patrons will be our true philanthropists when we get to the level of implementing the BUY ONE GIVE ONE program that will benefit these communities.

We need funds to purchase our very own Small Warehouse/Building where we will create and distribute our Food Products and can control the integrity of the products, we will need Walk- In Freezers, walk in refrigerators, and other Machine Equipment for Flash Freezing Popsicle Molds, commercial mixers, Packaging, space and permits to store our Food Trucks and Carts, Lab Testing, new flavor development, Employee Payroll, Herbalist & Alkaline Vegan Education for my staff, and so many more costs that will arise with running a business.
