Welcome to On the Road Ed otherwise known as ORE. We are here to give you a quick review of what ORE is and what fuels us.
Our Mission is to spark entrepreneurial spirit in kids like us and others across the world!
Going through the world of business On the Road Ed partners with companies where students like us learn about how companies run and how they are shaping our world. This means, considering their ecological footprint, how their products and marketing shape our culture, and more.
Sustainable practices are important not only to ecology which is vital for our planet, but also for the spirit of the people in the work place. When people are respected and valued they typically enjoy work and that increases creative input & revenue! Entrepreneurial spirit thrives when people are passionate about what they are working for. So, shared vision is key to higher productivity for all.
ORE fosters this natural creative passion within it’s students. Before we visit a company, we do research on the industry and company. Then we visit and afterwards create our final paper & or video review.
Through this process students learn what it takes to run a company, considerations for the environment and staff, and what expertise is needed to work in the industry.
While studying a company, students will get the opportunity to discover what they're passionate about by being exposed to and learning some of the skills required to work in that field.
Diversity is crucial in companies for think tanks to work best, for differing skills and mastery to produce best outcomes and for nature itself to evolve a world which nourishes all of us. It is a key principle of ORE and of open democratic governments.
