Help me help Mayan Families

I am raising money to support Mayan Families,the wonderful organization that I am volunteering for in Panajachel, Guatemala. I have had some great experiences this past week,and am looking forward to the rest of my time here. So far I have translated for a dental clinic and letters from the sponsor students to the sponsors. Soon I should start in the Carpendry Trade School.
Mayan Families is a school, scholarship program, and community center for Mayan families. The non-profit sponsers nearly 3000 students from preschool to university. Unfortunetly over 500 students are waiting for scholarships so they can study or to releave the pressure from their families. Mayan Families is a robust volunteer organization with food programs for kids, families, and elders in need. They have an animal shelter, medical and dental clinics, sewing and carpentry trade schools, a library, after-school and full-time employment, and water filter, bed, home building, and fuel efficient stove programs.
The donation raised will be used to sponsor school for a child for a year ($360), care for an elder that might otherwise be left uncared for ($420), or to sponsor a university student ($1250).
