Opportunity Jobs Academy (OJA ) is a community-based education program that prepares students for the contemporary workplace. OJA offers students an eight-week curriculum that focuses on job readiness, on-the-job training experiences, interview skills and mentors from the local business community.
OJA is proud to partner with Orange County Public Schools and the City of Orlando’s After-School All-Stars, a leading non-profit that helps kids succeed in school and life.
After overwhelming success at Edgewater High School, we're excited to announce the OJA program is planning to expand into Boone High School and Jones High School this year.
Fundraising need: OJA is seeking funding to help support expansion of the program for classes in Orlando.
