OPPIZ and its wonderful team

As you know, most restaurants in Santa Barbara and around the country will be closed for at least the next few weeks. It is the right decision, of course, but, as an employer, not only do I fear for the future of my business, but I am truly concerned for the future of my amazing staff who rely on their wages and tips to survive.

For those of you who are part of our OPPI’Z family, you know that many of our staff have been with us since our opening last year, and seeing the same faces each time you've dined with us has, we think, enriched the time you've spent with us. Just as you have been loyal guests, our staff have been loyal employees, standing with us through good times and bad.

The funds that we’ll collect through this campaign, will help support our staff and will also make sure we’ll still be here for them when the time finally comes to reopen.

We can’t thank you enough for your support and gracious generosity through these most challenging of times.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back with open arms when things turn around and we know that our entire staff looks forward to that as well. This is ultimately what brings us the most joy. In the meantime, please stay healthy and strong and we cannot thank you enough.
