OPETAIA FAMILY TO JOIN THE BIG BUILD PHILIPPINES 2019
We'd love your support to help us complete this fly and build mission trip!
As a family volunteering, we will be travelling to the Philippines to complete a range of repairs to an orphanage and school in the Central Luzon Region (4 hours drive from Manila).
Your donation (non-tax deductible) contributes to the airfares (return from Sydney to Manilla), accommodation, transport, project materials and meals for our family. Any excess funds raised will be donated towards tuition and food for the children at these two projects.
Our goal is to raise this before the end of November 2018.

Every dollar counts. The community where we will serve is struggling and recently affected by the September 2018 typhoons. We will be joining at least 50 volunteers who have a heart for service and will do our best to complete this work within 8 days in January 2019. Both the school and orphanage would otherwise not have the capacity to complete these critical projects themselves.
Project repairs and maintenance include:
* Fencing, poles and gates for the orphanage for 1.5km,
* Clearing of some land with construction equipment (eg bobcat) in preparation for the fencing,
* Classroom, laundry and roof repairs, from painting to concreting.
