Operation Allen Baby!
Dear Friends and Family,
Today Travis and I write you with much apprehension and nervousness, but with so much hope. Most of you know that we have been actively trying to start a family for the last three (extremely painful and confusing) years. After countless doctor visits, tests, ultra sounds, fertility medications, procedures, medical bills, and a miscarriage later – here we are, still with empty arms and empty hearts. We trust that HIS plan is far better than anything we could create for ourselves, and know we will have our own children in HIS perfect time.
We want nothing more than to be parents. We both share in this dream and have wanted this opportunity our entire lives. We believe that it is truly part of our purpose here on this earth. We both cherish and love little people so very much.
We have decided to start the journey of In Vitro Fertilization IVF. IVF comes with a pretty high price tag of $15,000, and unfortunately not a dime is covered by our insurance. We will have to pay for the procedure completely out of pocket. Most of you know that we are not typically people who ask for help from others, however, we have made the humble decision to reach out to our friends and family in hopes of alleviating some of the financial burden allowing us to grow our family. 2016 is our year!
