Operation Saving Private Noodles

If you are reading this, I want to thank you for taking the time to do so. My name is Cristhian and I am here to ask for help to pay for Noodles' emergency medical expenses. Noodles is a 2 month old dachshund that my partner and I adopted 3 days ago. She is so tiny I can hardly believe it. It was love at first sight when we saw her and I knew that I wanted to give her the best life that I possibly could. When we first brought her home Noodles took a few moments to warm up but she accepted us and made this her home almost immediately. I was ready to start our journey together and grow with her but things took an unexpected turn within 24 hours. The next day, Noodles was doing well. She was playful, curious, rambunctious. At the end of the first full day with her, we noticed something very wrong. She had gone into her bed and could not hold her head up without a lot of effort on her part. She was lethargic, sleepy, and couldn't move on her own. In shock and horror we rushed Noodles to the nearest 24 hour emergency clinic and she was addmited into their care. A long sleepless night later, we were sent home with our puppy. They were unable to determine the cause of the episode but with the treatment they had given her, she bounced right back into the playful puppy we are coming to know. Unfortunately the story is getting worse. Just 8 hours after we returned home with Noodles, she was having another episode of this lethargy and coma like state. I brought her right back to the clinic and this time she has been admitted to stay in their care overnight with a more serious panel of test being run on her. The doctors are looking at her x-rays, liver, MRI's of her brain and spinal column to search for abnormailities. When we adopted Noodles, there is no way that we could have expected such a turn of events. We wanted to adopt her to welcome her into our new apartment and have someone to come home to everyday. I do not want to give up on this dog. She deserves a good life. If you have read this far, I want to thank you for spending time getting to know Noodles.
