Operation: Rescue Isla Palo Seco

Hello and good day to all. I hope this message finds you all well today. I have been very disconnected from social media as of recently because we as a community of Costa Rica have been devastated with a tropical storm that has unleashed chaos upon almost all of the country. In particular the beautiful island in which I live on and have my hotel, has been almost completely destroyed. I have been spending my recent days just doing my best to help the community. To directly be involved in the daily distribution of food and water to families and people who are currently suffering much more then me. The island is currently divided into 2 separate mini islands for the time being and there are several families, including me and my hotel on the other side left without communications and a way to get to central grounds to obtain the basic neccesities of life.
Then it dawned on me....if I could somehow reach out to the rest of the world to start a foundation and raise some money as a community, I would be able to go directly to the Municipality of Parrita and make adequate donations to start the reconstruction of a new road, reforestation of essential trees and vegetations to assure that this will not happen again, sufficient food and water for those who are in need for the meanwhile, and the reconstruction of at least a few small tin houses.
Please.....I am asking you all from the bottom of my heart, we are in a grave state and in need of help....will you please reach out in trust and in love? In total I need to raise $10,000 to assure the completion of these missions. Any small bit makes a difference and for every donation made I will make updates publically on how much we currently have. Upon the completion of the new road, those who have helped, I will invite to my hotel to share the appreciation in reciprocation of the great act of kindness you have shared with us as a community.
As a reminder, our main goal first is foremost is to receive the necessary materials to build our new road. We already have the equipment lined up. As soon as the road is constructed, the rest of the assistance and the final push of help and solutions can and will be implemented with much more ease.
For the awareness of you all, I wish to inform you that our beneficiary has been changed from our partner Manuel Porras, to myself, Chad Martz personally as I will be able to provide the funds much easier to get the road reconstructed. Below I will state exactly what these funds will be used for....
1.) Yes I, Chad Martz will be withdrawing these funds.
2.) I, Chad Martz will be sending these funds directly to the cause of rescuing Isla Palo Seco where we had a river mouth that split our humble little island in 2. The funds will go directly to the men who provide the materials and the labor. The funds will first be withdrawn and after either brought physically from USA to Costa Rica or they will be transferred from my bank, my fathers bank, or our partners bank, directly to our Hotel Cocomar bank account to then pass the funds to the gentlemen who have started the labor of reconstructing our road.
3.) The individual will be paid in cash for their labor or they will be paid in local bank transfer when the money arrives here to Costa Rica.
4.) Again, the funds are directly being spent on the recovery of Isla Palo Seco, Parrita, Costa Rica. Our little and humble island town was split in 2 after Tropical Storm Nate wreaked havoc on the land. The funds will be given to finish the construction of our road so that all the people of Isla Palo Seco can return their lives to normality again and live in peace. I am more then happy to present receipts with details if you needed as proof of expenses.
