<div>Jose Miguel is a 19 year old young man from Monterrey, Mexico that has been suffering with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy since he was just 9 months old. Shortly after being born, he was in the NICU for 2 months for Pulmonary Sequestration; since then, he has had countless medical procedures and long hospital stays. Sadly, his sister passed 3 years ago at age 13 from the same diagnosis.

<div>3 weeks ago he fainted and was urgently taken to the hospital where he was admitted and has been in “La Unidad Médica de Alta Especialidad No.34” in the intensive care unit. His condition is progressively getting worse and he was intubated twice and is in urgent need of a heart transplant, currently on the waitlist.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference.
