Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes for Girls

On Saturday, Nov. 2, Pathways To Volunteering will do one of their holiday Signature Events: The Shoebox Packing Party. For the last 2 years PTV has partnered with Samaritan Purse – Operation Christmas Child, to pack shoeboxes for Girls Ages 5-9. The pack shoeboxes have gone Girls living in rural areas of the Philippines. Our goal this year is to pack 500 shoeboxes. In order to do this, we need your help with donations.

What will go into the shoebox? A “Wow” item, Personal Care Items, Clothing and Accessories, Crafts and Activities, Toys, and a Personal Note.

Pathways To Volunteering is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization. It was established in 2016 to create a pathway to volunteering that was easy and accessible to great volunteering opportunities. PTV supports women and children. Our volunteers are mainly women who are single, divorced, single mothers, women returning to volunteering after their college life. We have a lot of single mothers who bring their kids to introduce them to volunteering.
