<div>Hola — soy Yennifer Leal, hija de Julio Cesar Leal Baez. Mi papá tiene 72 años y le han diagnosticado carata aguda en el ojo izquierdo, hace aproximadamente 2 años y medio mi padre fue operado en el ojo derecho por el diagnostico de catarata por una institucion del gobierno de Venezuela en la ciudad de San Cristobal, sin embargo, está primera operacion no tuvo buenos resultados, por lo que mi padre no recupero la vision, el nuevo diagnostico como bien lo refleja el informe médico se le ha diagnosticado catarata aguda en en ojo izquierdo. El médico nos dio un presupuesto de $3000 para la operacion del ojo izquierdo, lo qué cubre la cirugía y lentes intraocular, sin embargo, debido a que mi Papá debe ser trasladado a la capital (San Cristobal) es necesario cubrir otros gastos como vivienda, cuidados , medicamentos post y pre oparatorios, controles medicos.

<div>Debido a la falta de seguro médico, costo alto, ahorro insuficiente, no podemos cubrir este gasto ahora mismo. La cirugía es urgente porque su visión está afectando su seguridad y su calidad de vida (p. ej. no puede manejar, leer, trabajar).

Approximately two and a half years ago, my father underwent cataract surgery on his right eye at a Venezuelan government institution in the city of San Cristobal. However, the initial surgery was unsuccessful, so my father did not regain his vision. The new diagnosis, as clearly reflected in the medical report, shows acute cataract in his left eye. The doctor gave us a quote of $3,000 for the surgery on his left eye, which covers the surgery and intraocular lenses. However, because my father must be transferred to the capital, he has to be transferred to the capital.
