Operación cáncer peritoneal

Soy María, tengo 40 años y vivo en Roses (Girona) con mi compañero y nuestro hijo de 3 años.
Estoy enferma, tengo cáncer y para poder curarme necesito vuestra ayuda. Os explico mi caso:
El día 15 de mayo me diagnosticaron un tumor en la cola del páncreas. Este tumor estaba localizado y era candidata a una cirugía radical. Me operaban el 10 de julio en el hospital de Girona. La intervención fue bien pero en un tac de control 20 días después de la operación, detectaron metástasis en el peritoneo, la cavidad abdominal.
Frente a este nuevo escenario, el servicio de oncología del hospital de Girona me ofrece tratamiento con quimioterapia y la perspectiva de vida es de 1 año. Este tipo de carcinoma que yo tengo aún no se trata en los hospitales públicos de España; si cuando provienen de ovario, colón u otros órganos, pero no de páncreas.
He dicho todavía porque, por suerte, buscando una segunda opinión médica, hay un centro privado de Barcelona que ofrece este servicio con POSIBILIDADES CURATIVAS.
Se trata de una cirugía de citoreducción y después aplican una quimioterapia directamente en la cavidad abdominal. Es una técnica muy novedosa que hace un par de años que se realiza, y el equipo médico que lo lleva a término es francés.
El coste de esta intervención, así como el seguimiento y tratamiento postoperatorio que vendrá después es elevado y es por eso que os pido vuestra ayuda. Cualquier aportación será agradecida des del fondo de mi corazón.

My name is Maria and I am 40 years old. I live in Roses, a small town in Girona, Spain with my partner and three year old son.
On the 15th of May, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This tumor was located at the end of the pancreas and there was a possibility of surgery. On the 10th of July, I had the operation and it went well. Twenty days after the operation, I had a MRI scan and doctors found a metastatic peritoneal cancer. The peritoneal cavity is the continuous area between the parietal peritoneum lining, the abdominal wall and the visceral peritoneum surrounding the abdominal organs.
After this new scenario, the Public Oncologic Service in Girona has offered me paliative hemotherapy treatment wich will help me to live for around one more year. This type of carcinoma is treated in Spain but only when it comes from the other organs but not from the pancreas.
The good news is that I have found a private hospital in Barcelona where I have been told that they do the treatment for the type of cancer I have. It is a very new treatment called Cytoreduction. This involves surgical removal and chemotherapy treatment straight to the abdominal cavity.
The bad news is that this new treatment is very expensive as it is not in the Spanish public health system.
That's why I am asking for help. Any help will be appretiated from the bottom of my heart.
