Operação Miomas

Hello everyone!
I was diagnosed with 2 fibroids, one with 11 cm and one with 2 cm.
The 11 cm, as many women know, puts pressure on the lower back and makes you have a 4/5 month pregnant belly as it exerts pressure.
The 2cm, causes me menstrual changes with a lot of flow.
 Lately the pressure is higher, because they always tend to grow and I can't touch anything to my belly, not to mention the negative psychological effect that causes me, because imagine a woman who has never had children, look pregnant for at least 2 years, and I can't get pregnant precisely because of the fibroids.
I decide to go to a Gynecologist, since the consultation that was requested for a public hospital, never arrives and there are more than 6 months.
I was immediately offered surgery, which costs about € 3,000, and since I am in need of health insurance refused help.

You may not think it is serious, but imagine having an 11cm ball in your belly, which limits your daily life, not even on my stomach on the beach because I hurt myself, I can't sleep on my belly because I feel it hurts and sometimes causes a minor bleeding. Just imagine that no matter how many diets they do, they will always look like a 5 month pregnant woman, never able to become pregnant.

What I want most right now is to get rid of this "ball" that is limiting my life and messing with the nervous system, and so I come to ask for help so I can have the surgery, because I'm sure that by the Hospital Public, I won't make it, and besides, they take my uterus because they think that in their 40s, it's not worth having anymore. They don't know what's worth it or not. I feel it.

Foram-me  diagnosticados 2 miomas , um  com 11 cm e outro com 2 cm. 
O de 11 cm como muitas mulheres sabem, pressiona a zona lombar e faz com que tenha uma barriga de grávida de 4/5 meses, visto exercer pressão .
O de 2cm, provoca-me alterações menstruais com bastante fluxo.
 Ultimamente a pressão é maior, pois tendem sempre a crescer e não consigo encostar nada à barriga, sem falar do efeito psicológico negativo que me provoca, pois imaginem uma mulher que nunca teve filhos, parecer uma grávida há pelos menos 2 anos, e não posso engravidar precisamente por causa dos miomas. 
Decido ir a um Ginecologista, visto a consulta que foi pedida para um Hospital publico, nunca mais chega e já lá vão mais de 6 meses.
Foi-me proposto de imediato cirurgia, a qual custa cerca de 3.000,00€, e visto que me encontro em período de carência , o seguro de saúde recusou ajuda.

Podem achar que não é grave, mas imaginem ter na barriga uma bola de 11cm, a qual limita o vosso dia-a-dia, nem de barriga para baixo na praia posso estar porque me doi, não posso dormir de barrriga para baixo porque me doi e por vezes provoca uma pequena hemorragia. Imaginem que por mais dietas que façam, vão sempre parecer uma grávida de 5 meses, sem nunca puder a ficar grávida.

O que mais quero neste momento é livrar-me desta "bola" que me está a limitar a vida e a mexer com o sistema nervoso, e por isso venho pedir ajuda, para que consiga fazer a cirurgia, pois tenho a certeza que pelo Hospital Público, não vou conseguir e além disso, tiram-me o útero porque acham que nos 40, já não vale a pena o ter. Eles sabem lá o que vale a pena ou não. Quem sente sou eu.
