Cuna San Mateo - Holistic Sustainability Center

A place for life is growing: a sustainability project with local initiatives, guest center and cozy home for a community. All settled in the magical mountains of southern Mexico. Please support us now, trying to finalize the guest center: with this we'll be able to stand on our own feet and start the movement.
 
"Hello, my name is Carlos F. Miranda and I am the initiator and part of the board of directors of the Non-Profit organisation Cuna Project , which is a grassroots project in form of a international "association for the promotion of global sustainability development, holistic peace work and natural circle-culture".

For more than 10 years, me and a team of wonderful brothers and sisters have been working diligently, to realize the vision of a holistic Sustainability-Implse-Center in the beautiful highlands of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. This Pilot-Project is called Cuna San Mateo and wholeheartedly I want to invite you to get to know this beautiful sustainability project: www.cuna-san-mateo.com

The project is now in a crucial phase:
The opening of the ecotourism guest center is planned for February 2022.

With the opening of the guest center, a milestone lies clearly ahead of us. With this very important step, the project can finally start its real work: Diverse local initiatives in the areas of environmental protection, social affairs and sustainable economics! And all of that based on a solid own financial basis for self-sufficient further development: The heart of the project will start beating!

We are very close to the goal of the opening and at the same time the current phase means another special, especially financial feat. So far, the project has been financed from private funds, supplemented by support from the local area.

Now the Cuna San Mateo needs community cooperation!

In order to make this very important initial step possible, the support association of the project now needs a total of around 30,000 euros. That is why we have now decided to launch a 4-week crowdfunding campaign for this financing goal.

With the donations through this crowdfunding campaign we will primarily be financing:

• The self-sufficient food production of the guest center through the installation of the permaculture gardens
    (including terraces, greenhouses, food storage, additional water tanks)

• the installation of a self-sufficient energy supply system with solar and wind power

• the completion of the organic restaurant (including furniture and equipment)

If you want to and can support this project then now is the best time to do it!

I am therefore turning to you today directly with a request for support. If we succeed in this, we can finally start as a sustainability model project in the region, launch our many ecological campaigns, enable further sustainable jobs and welcome interested and like-minded guests from all over the world!

Now is a special moment for the Cuna San Mateo: if we can open the guest center this season, we will be on our own two feet all the sooner. Every further step can then follow - and also you can visit us this winter in the magical mountains of Mexico and share a path into sustainability, peace, freedom, cooperation and natural abundance.

Cuna San Mateo - ganzheitliches Nachhaltigkeits-Zentrum

Ein Ort des Lebens wächst: ein Nachhaltigkeitsprojekt mit lokalen Initiativen, Gästezentrum und gemütlichem Zuhause für eine Gemeinschaft, gelegen in den magischen Bergen Südmexikos. Bitte unterstütze uns jetzt beim Versuch, das Gästezentrum diese Saison fertigzustellen: damit können wir auf eigenen Beinen stehen und das Projekt erlebt seine Geburt!

"Hallo, mein Name ist Carlos F. Miranda und ich bin Initiator und Vorstandsmitglied der Non-Profit-Organisation Cuna Project , die eine Grassroots-Bewegung in Form eines internationalen "Verein zur Förderung globaler Nachhaltigkeitsentwicklung, ganzheitlicher Friedensarbeit und naturverbundener Kreiskultur".

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren arbeite ich und ein Team wundervoller Brüder und Schwestern fleißig daran, die Vision eines ganzheitlichen Sustainability-Implse-Centers im wunderschönen Hochland von Oaxaca im Süden Mexikos zu verwirklichen. Dieses Pilotprojekt heißt Cuna San Mateo und ich möchte Dich von ganzem Herzen einladen, dieses schöne Nachhaltigkeitsprojekt kennenzulernen:

Das Projekt befindet sich nun in einer entscheidenden Phase:
Die Eröffnung des Ökotourismus-Gästezentrums ist für Februar 2022 geplant.

Mit der Eröffnung des Gästezentrums liegt ein Meilenstein klar vor uns. Mit diesem sehr wichtigen Schritt kann das Projekt endlich seine eigentliche Arbeit aufnehmen: Vielfältige lokale Initiativen in den Bereichen Umweltschutz, Soziales und nachhaltiges Wirtschaften! Und das auf einer soliden eigenen finanziellen Basis für eine autarke Weiterentwicklung: Das Herz des Projekts wird zu schlagen beginnen!

Wir sind dem Ziel der Eröffnung sehr nahe und gleichzeitig bedeutet die aktuelle Phase eine weiteren, vor allem finanziellen Kraftakt. Bisher wurde das Projekt aus privaten Mitteln finanziert, ergänzt durch Unterstützung aus der Region.

Jetzt braucht die Cuna San Mateo gemeinschaftliche Zusammenarbeit!

Um diesen sehr wichtigen nächsten Schritt zu ermöglichen, benötigt der Förderverein des Projekts nun insgesamt rund 30.000 Euro. Deshalb haben wir uns nun entschlossen, für dieses Finanzierungsziel eine 4-wöchige Crowdfunding-Kampagne zu starten.


Mit den Spenden aus dieser Crowdfunding-Aktion finanzieren wir vor allem:

• Die autarke Lebensmittelproduktion des Gästezentrums durch die Anlage der Permakulturgärten
    (einschließlich Terrassen, Gewächshäuser, Lebensmittellager, zusätzliche Wassertanks)

• die Installation eines autarken Energieversorgungssystems mit Solar- und Windkraft

• Fertigstellung des Bio-Restaurants (inkl. Mobiliar und Ausstattung)
