Fundraiser for Open Air Music at Josie Porter Farm

We're thrilled to be able to host the 2nd season of Open Air, Open Mic nights at Josie Porter Farm this year! Celebrating and curating local music, arts, food, and our greater community, we're striving again this year to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds with all styles of music and creative expression in a fun, festive, and beautiful outdoor setting.
In the past we've covered all costs out of pocket and also through small monetary donations at each event. We've decided to launch this crowdfunding campaign to cover some of the costs up front this year to provide a higher quality experience for everyone who comes out! There's a list below of things we're working on in order of priority, and we hope to at least have the new stage built before we start this year.
This event, this space, and the entire concept belongs to all of us - the community - and our engagement and investment ensures that we can keep building and growing this thing exactly how we want each year, making it as awesome as we possibly can! We don't make any money, and this is and always will be a free, non-profit event.
Any small amount, or any help sharing this on social media will help us out tremendously in achieving these goals!
Please reach out if you'd like to get involved in any capacity or to invest/donate directly to the vision. Individual items can be donated or dropped off directly at the farm. We'd also love to hear from you if you have a personal vision to add to this organic and evolving conceptual event. We love new and big ideas!
Our intention is to offer a space for everyone to relax, to enjoy food, drink, and live music, to create, to network, to meet your neighbors, to share your crafts, to support each other, and to feel invested in and part of something bigger. We believe something profoundly awesome happens when we join together in community and work towards these common goals, and when we celebrate the talents and skills that we all share!

Retractable cover for stage
Picnic tables , benches, & chairs
Additional lights & tiki torches
Potted plants/landscaping

Walk-in cooler
Additional shed & storage
Sound gear and stage lights
