<div>Het lied is geïnspireerd op schematherapie die ik gevolgd heb en waarmee ik ook zelf als psycholoog werk. Vanuit de gezonde volwassenen die we nu zijn kunnen we zorg dragen voor het bange, verdrietige gekwetste kind dat (met momenten) in ons aanwezig is. Wanneer we ergens in geraakt worden gaat dat meestal over vroeger, over een moment dat we ons niet gezien of gehoord hebben gevoeld. Wanneer we zelf zorg kunnen dragen aan dit kind deel in ons, dan hoeven we het niet meer buiten ons te zoeken.

<div>Met het delen van dit lied hoop ik bij te dragen aan heling van iedereen en met name mensen met een (trauma) rugzakje. Ook hoop ik dat het de wereld een stukje mooier en vrediger kan maken, wanneer we meer vrede kunnen sluiten met het innerlijk kind deel in onszelf.

<div>Een inschatting van de kosten:
</div>

<li>1200 euro voor drie studio dagen (opname en mixen/ masteren bij de professionele studio Volver live in Tilburg). Opname van gitaar/ harp/ cello/ zang in drie talen. Ik ben me nog aan het oriënteren op andere mogelijkheden
</li>
<li>400 - 600 euro voor een illustratie die ik graag erbij wil van Yoor Design
</li>
<li>450 euro voor het inhuren van muzikanten (schatting op basis van drie muzikanten)
</li>

<div>De donaties zullen gaan naar de studio, illustrator en muzikanten (niet naar de tijd die ik hier zelf in investeer). Als dank voor de steun zal de professionele opname van "kleine mij" volgend jaar te beluisteren zijn op Spotify.
