Dimitri's Science trip Cambridge

On Nov. 19, 2014 The National Academy of Future Scientists and Technologists opened its doors to academically exceptional high school students interested in seeking careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering or math (STEM).
Our son, Dimitri Diaz, was honored to receive an invitation to attend their workshop this summer. He will have the opprotunity to be mentored by proffesionals in a wide variety of scientific fields as well as leaders from government and the public sector, including Nobel Laureates and top scientific university deans.
This is something that can potentially be a life changing expierence for Dimitri. An opprotunity like this can shape a young persons mind and put them on a path to a successful career.
We are asking you to help us send him on this path. We are starting this fundraiser to help cover expenses for the conference. Our goal is $3500. This includes travel, lodging, meals and other expenses. Every donation, small or large will be greatly appreceited.
