I am O'Neil Williams a Democratic candidate for Judge in the 268th District Court, Fort Bend County, Texas.
For eighteen years, I have fought for the rights of the people of Fort Bend County AND Texas. I have fought to uphold the civil rights and to ensure equal justice of all who find their ways into our courts. As a Public Defender, I fight everyday to ensure that those accused of a crime, have access to a qualified and vigorous defense, without regard to an ability to pay. As a civil rights attorney, I have fought to ensure the fundamental fairness guaranteed to us all, without regard to the status of the client, or the violator.
Across Texas, I have watched fairness and justice be denied to the poor, the middle class, the injured, the ill, and people of color. The people of Fort Bend County, and Texas, deserve better.
