<div>I went from a home full of my life's work: My high school and college diplomas, my Passport, my W2s, my social security card, my son's passport, his birth certificate, his social security card -  all of our electronics for my son. Xbox, Alexa, Oculus, (I even got him an old school boombox with all of the 90s CDs I loved). My entire body of work, my entire spice collection, a life's collection of cookware, my full wedding registry, every shoe I own (wah, I know, but wearing clogs for a month has sucked: my feet hurt so much omg, my entire wardrobe, my son's entire wardrobe, all of our furniture, our dishes, our Electronics (we don't even have a microwave), and so much more like our washer and dryer and dishwasher, couch, and dining room table.

<div>We lost all of our healthcare items like bandaids and medicine. All of our towels, all of our appliances like our vacuum and hairdryers and blenders.

<div>We lost everything.

<div>On purpose. By my ex husband.

<div>Not only that stuff but all of our memories.

<div>His newborn pictures and footprints from the hospital. His baby books.

<div>His preschool graduation photos, every piece of art he's ever made from 2-11 years old, every card he wrote to me, any school projects, all of our vacation souvenirs, our games, our blankets, our pillows, even our doormats.

<div>All of it is gone. I lost every memory I've ever had. From college to my time living in France and Australia to my graduations and the awards and accolades I won for my first novel.

<div>We literally don't have a pot to ...you know what in. And all we need to start rebuilding is a roof over our heads.
