A visit with my best friend

Julia and I have been best friends for 26 years, since meeting in kindergarten. I love them like family. When we were 19 they moved to London to pursue their dreams of being a chef and they met their husband there. I'm happy they built a beautiful life there, but it has made visiting them difficult and cost prohibitive.

Their health has been an issue due to a couple degenerative disorders they have. Things have not been going smoothly for the past few months and I need to go see them.
