<div><strong>The Mission</strong>
</div>
<div>Last year, Delaney Troon captured our hearts by running 21 half marathons in 21 days. What started as a personal tribute to her father, who lost his battle with mental health in 2012, turned into a powerful movement that raised over $250,000 for men’s mental health.

<div>This year, on 21 February, Delaney is returning to the same tracks in Ballarat to keep that momentum alive. We want you to join us and <strong>run with De! </strong>

<div><strong>The Event</strong>
</div>
<div>To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the 21 Twenty ones challenge, Delaney will be completing a special one-day run. This isn't just about the kilometres; it’s about ensuring the conversation around men’s mental health never stops. We know that the stigma remains a significant hurdle, and by showing up once again, Delaney is reminding every man that they don’t have to carry their burdens alone.

<div><strong>Where the Funds Go</strong>
</div>
<div>All proceeds from this year’s anniversary run will once again benefit Ballarat Men's Mental Health (BMMH). Your donations help provide vital resources, support networks, and professional care for men across our region who are struggling.

<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>
</div>
<div>Whether you can donate $5 or $500, every cent goes directly toward breaking the silence and saving lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To my Dad: "I still miss you every single day. Stories of you are still told with laughter and tears, and you remain my biggest role model. This run is for you, and for every family across Australia who knows this pain."
</div>

</div>
<div>Let’s turn 21 February into another day of hope. Thank you for your incredible ongoing support.
