Hi all,
For those who don’t know me, my name is Olly, and I’m currently completing my final graduation project for a BA in Practical Filmmaking at MetFilm School. I’m thrilled to be collaborating on this project with my talented friend and fellow filmmaker, Joel Brick.
Before discovering my love for storytelling through film, my first passion was tennis. I spent much of my childhood training and like many others having the dream of one day playing at Wimbledon. While an injury stopped me from competing, it opened the door to a new creative path—and ever since, I’ve dreamed of blending these two passions into a meaningful project.
This film is the culmination of that vision. We hope to not only explore the dedication and discipline behind the sport but also to inspire the next generation of tennis players to fall in love with the game.
To bring this project to life, we’re seeking funding and support in any way possible. We’re currently raising funds to cover the cost of:
• A telephoto lens rental for dynamic tennis shots
• Hard drive storage for post-production
• Film festival submission fees
• A skilled editor for two weeks
Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly into the heart of this project and will be hugely appreciated.
If you’re interested in supporting us, collaborating, or just want to learn more about the project, feel free to reach out. We’d love to share our vision with you.
Thank you so much for your time and support!
