Cesar Noe Melendez, born 4 June 1976 in San Antonio del Norte Honduras, and moved to Clarksville Tennessee. He is survived by his wife Monica Melendez, daughters; Kayla Melendez, Mackenzie Melendez, Angie Melendez, and Tiffanie Melendez.
Cesar immigrated to the United States in January 1999, then operated his own eighteen wheeler. Cesar gave his life to Jesus, and was leading the worship group for the Latin service at First Baptist Church of Clarksville.
