L'espai

L'estiu del 2018 una colla d'amics i amigues vàrem començar a crear dins una nau industrial de lloguer als afores d'Olot (Garrotxa). Amb molta il·lusió i feina, estem construint un espai que ha esdevingut únic a Catalunya. 250m2 per a la pràctica de l'skate Indoor, amb un magnífic bowl de formigó, i l'habilitació al pati exterior de mòduls, minirampes, baranes de ferro de diferentes mides, per complementar les diferents modalitats. Una combinació perfecte per poder gaudir de la pràctica de l'skate durant tot l'any, nevi, plogui o faci sol.
També hem volgut dotar l'espai d'una zona de descans i esbarjo on passar una bona estona i dur a terme altres activitats lúdiques  i de diversitats culturals.

Polivalència, art, integració i cultura

La nostra idea ha derivat en acompanyar la pràctica esportiva de l'skate amb una vessant pedagògica, tant amb adultes com amb joves i infants; com ara casals, classes extraescolars, campus, tallers, xerrades... I també una funció integradora i artística, incorporant altres modalitats i temàtiques com ara la dansa, la música, les arts urbanes, el circ combatiu...
L'associació també està implicada en problemàtiques i reivindicacions socioculturals, i oberta a propostes de col·lectius i/o associacions afins als nostres principis.
L'espai l'estem adaptant per a aquesta polivalència i interdisciplinarietat. Les dimensions i infraestructura ho permeten, els interessos i vocacions dels i les que hi participem també.

La nostra dedicació

Actualment som 4 persones que ens fem càrrec i auto gestionem la part econòmica cadascuna amb l'esforç i les aportacions que pot assumir. Lloguer mensual de la nau, llum, aigua, materials de i per a la construcció, formalismes associatius, contractuals i altres temes legals; i tota l'estratègia per a l'autosostenibilitat econòmica que ens permeti renovar el contracte, assegurança i continuar amb la correcta habilitació de l'espai.
Hem reciclat i seguim reciclant tot el material possible; comptem amb la col·laboració de molt amables amistats, que hi entenen de construcció i ens donen suport, assessoria i treball, desinteressat.

El que us demanem

La idea és poder inaugurar-lo a finals d’aquest any, i en aquest moment veiem que no podem assumir la part econòmica que ens resta per finalitzar les obres, i altres despeses esmentades entre les quatre persones que
som.
És per això que us volem demanar els 3.000€ que ens resten per poder finalitzar una petita part del nostre projecte i sostenir-nos aquest estiu 2019. 

Aquests diners seran destinats als següents conceptes:

-Materials per la construcció
-Formalismes associatius
-Manteniment del lloguer de la nau
-Tenir fons de diners per a generar més activitats i/o materials per recaptar i fer difusió del projecte

Volem agrair molt a tots i totes les que esteu col·laborant amb nosaltres i informar amb claredat que estem demanant només una part del que necessitem per seguir donant forma al projecte.



Space

In the summer of 2018 a gang of friends began to create inside a rented industrial building on the outskirts of Olot (Garrotxa). With a lot of enthusiasm and work, we are building a space that has become unique in Catalonia. 250m2 for the practice of Indoor skateboarding, with a magnificent concrete bowl, and the fitting out to the outer courtyard of modules, mini ramps, iron railings of different sizes, to complement the different modalities. A perfect combination to enjoy skateboarding all year round, snow, rain or sun. 
We also wanted to provide the space with a rest and recreation area where you can have a good time and carry out other recreational activities and cultural diversities.


Versatility, art, integration and culture

Our idea has derived from accompanying the sport of skateboarding with a pedagogical aspect, both with adults and with young people and children, such as for example casal, after school activities, classes, campus, workshops, talks ... And also an integrating and artistic function, incorporating other modalities and themes such as dance, music, urban arts, the combative circus...
The association is also involved in socio-cultural problems and demands, and is open to proposals from groups and/or associations related to our principles.
We are adapting the space for this polyvalence and interdisciplinarity. The dimensions and infrastructure allow it, the interests and vocations of those who also participate.


Our dedication

There are currently 4 of us who take charge of and self-manage the economic part, each one with the effort and contributions that can be assumed. Monthly rent of the ship, electricity, water, materials for the construction, associative formalisms, contractual and other legal issues; and all the strategy for the economic self-sustainability that allows us to renew the contract, insurance and to continue with the correct habilitation of the space.
We have recycled and continue to recycle as much material as possible; we have the collaboration of very kind friends, who understand construction and support us, advice and work, selfless. 


The one we ask you

The idea is to be able to inaugurate it at the end of this year, and in this moment we see that we cannot assume the economic part that remains to us to finish the works, and other expenses mentioned between the four people who
we are.
That's why we want to ask you for the 3,000€ that we have left to finish a small part of our project and support us this summer 2019. 


This money will be destined to the following concepts:

-Materials for construction
-Devolp associative entity
-Maintenance of the ship rental
-To have a money fund to generate more activities and/or materials to collect and disseminate the project.


We would like to thank all of you who are collaborating with us and clearly inform you that we are only asking just for part of what we need to continue shaping the project.
