Olivia's community

Olivia is a lovely, happy 5 year old member of our school community who has recently, and suddenly, been diagnosed with leukemia. She is currently undergoing treatment in Bristol Children's Hospital and is being a superstar with everything she is going through - her parents and teachers could not be more proud of her. 
Whilst the hospital staff and rooms are wonderful, they can only accommodate one parent to stay each night which is meaning lots of car journeys and hotel stays. This has a massive impact on the family and we'd like to do our bit to support them.

Today we purchased a fan for their hospital room - there were non available in the hospital and the room was just unbearably hot. Unfortunately, because of hospital rules, the more cost effective fans (with blades) are not allowed. Olivia will now be resting in front of a cooling blade-less fan that we will fund using our Carol Service donations, a very generous donation from a family within the school community and a little from here. The rest will all go to supporting the family's cost. 
I know that this time of year is harder for most but if you would like to, and are able, we would very much appreciate any help and support you are able to offer through this page.
