Olivia Memorial Fund

Olivia Lee Kozak passed through the gates of heaven on December 10th, 2017. She was the light of her parents life, and brought joy to all who came into her life. As her family works to plan a service to remember and celebrate her life, we are asking for help from any friends or family who wish to assist. Her family is currently working to plan this service, and as plans are made details will be made available. We also ask for continued prayer for Josh, Anna, Gary, Richie, and the rest of the extended family as they cope with this loss.
