Mrs. Liechty's Hawaiian Vacation

Mrs. Liechty has touched the lives of countless Plymouth High School graduates and the time has come to give back.
Her husband, Ron, pastor of the First United Church of Christ, suffered a stroke in November of 2013. He has slowly been recovering with Anna by his side encouraging, crying with, speaking for, caring for, and loving him endlessly the entire time. Recovery was not easy, the road was long and hard. Things began looking up and slowly Pastor Ron was transforming back to the man he used to be, coming home this holiday season to be living with Anna again and out of the nursing home.
There were times it wasn't easy and I would often send photos saying I couldn't wait to show them this or that here in Hawaii when he got better enough they could visit. She would reply "Your lips to God's ear."
Ron passed on her birthday. March the 11th of 2015. His long battle of recovery over, her days of playing nurse ceased.
I'm asking everyone to do what they can to give this devoted woman a fraction of what she has given others.
$1,000 will get her a first class ticket to Oahu. Anything beyond that will help pay for excursions and food/gas. I have accommodations and transportation for her once she is on the island.
