Old Army Defense Fund

The Corporate giant Old Navy has delayed our registration of Old Army as a Trademark for use in a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Enterprise. This delay was instigated as a precursor to potential legal opposition.

We are dumbfounded that Old Navy would think a small Veteran owned company could somehow devalue their brand.  Old Army will provide quality products in many categories that have no direct or indirect impact on the Old Navy brand. 

We are seeking funds to fight the corporate giant's oppression of this small Veteran Owned Business. We intend to fight any opposition in order to continue to employ Veterans and celebrate our nation's heroes and military history.  Your donation will assist us in that fight. 

Your support will give us the ability to keep Veterans and their families employed by providing Old Army Trademarked goods intended for retail sales. Please help Old Army rise above the corporate machine that may keep the smaller Veteran companies like ours from prospering. Again, we are a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company employing  Veterans and we have earned the right to succeed.
