Building McKay's Future

McKay has a once in a lifetime opportunity to prepare for her future and take the first step on a path to success in high school, college and her career. McKay will learn to become a better leader by setting clear goals, understanding the importance of strong character, improving communication skills, embracing models for solving complex problems, earning the respect of others and building effective teams.
Washington DC will serve as a living classroom for McKay at the Jr National Young Leaders Conference as she participates in fun and engaging site experiences in and around our nation's capital.
We are fundraising for McKay to cover her tuition cost of the program and her travel expenses to and from Washington DC.
