I hate that I have to ask....need help.

AS you know I recently got hacked and had ALL of my money stolen and I'm stuck in Honduras until this fiasco is resolved.. because the card was cloned and they somehow got my PIN... the bank sees no evidence of fraud..not sure how that's even possible .The thieves somehow got enough to cause overdraft fees totaling more than $500 and rising every day. In spite of canceling the card we are now facing our credit being ruined as well. The case is being reopened and I've spoken with head of fraud dept and they assure me that I should receive my money back.eventually..... It kills me to have to ask ANYTHING. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you thank you thank you.
