A new home for Aiyana

My friend Key is a very special woman.  She's smart, intelligent, caring, loving... and she's an amazing mom to a gorgeous and smart little girl.  She's doing everything she can to give little A a wonderful life, a loving, stable family, and a beautiful home.  Recently, she had the opportunity to purchase a new home for her and little A.  Not just ANY home, the PERFECT home for the two of them.  It's a new build, and a fresh start in their wonderful journey together.

The down payment for the house is $5000 and it's all theirs!  She was prepared to pay that down payment with her tax return, which came out to almost the exact amount of what she needed.  Then the State of California took her tax return money from her, claiming that she owed them although she hasn't lived there in several years and was unaware she owed the taxes.  So she now has until April 30th to come up with the down payment.

Key and A deserve this home more than anyone.  Key has given her entire life to make sure that this little girl has a loving, safe environment.  Having a home to call their own would mean so much to both of them!  A has even picked out her room!  I'm hoping that we, her friends, family and loved ones can get together to raise the money to help get them into this beautiful home so they can leave behind apartment life, noisy neighbors, people knocking on their front door at 11PM, rent increases, etc.

Any amount helps.  And Key andA will be forever appreciative of your generousity.  Your help is a blessing to them and no amount is too small.
