Sabirah's "Kidney Meds/Transplant"

Meet Sabirah Ali, wife of Imam Bilal Ali of Gainesville, GA, mother of 6! When she is not busy being the wife of a busy Imam and tending to her own children, Sabirah spends her time with the youth of her community. She loves the energy they give her and is very dedicated to her family! Sabirah was diagnosed with kidney failure and was put on dialysis for a while before undergoing a kidney transplant. With ALLAH's mercy she recieved a transplant after only being on the waitlist for 3 years! Everything was going great and then, Sabirah's body began to reject her new kidney. She has now been on dialysis for a year and is on the transplant list again. The difficulty Sabirah faces is that her blood type (B+) is rare. The average time for a kidney transplant for those on the wait list is 3 - 5 years for a common blood type. We do know with common colds and flu medicine and treatment can be costly. Imagine her family's sacrifice to keep her stable and comfortable. She and husband, Imam Bilal, never complain, yet are always giving of themselves. Let us try to use this "Go Fund Me" for something it is meant to be used for and help our sister to relieve some of the burden. Sabirah Ali, a mother and wife, who is only 44 years of age, is patiently waiting for her second transplant. she is an excellent candidate in need of our charity.
