<div>Help Support Ken "Klumpp" – A Father, Teacher, and Lifelong Giver as he battles Leukemia Treatment &amp; Extended Hospital Stays

</div>

</div>
<div>We're reaching out on behalf of our beloved father, husband, Papa, brother, teacher, and friend — Ken "Klumpp". Many of you know him simply as “Klumpp,” the man with a big heart and an even bigger willingness to help anyone in need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, Klumpp began experiencing several severe and unexplained episodes of abdominal pain. After being rushed to the ER in Grants Pass, Oregon he was hospitalized for 7 long days while his medical team worked tirelessly — drawing blood, performing CTs, MRIs, X-rays, and more — but remained stumped. Before sending him home they decided to keep him one more night to do one last CT scan and it was the lab draw the next morning that showed a small but significant abnormality that would change his life forever, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The following hours were spent waiting for a bed to open up at a teaching hospital in Portland, Seattle or Berkeley. Later that night he was informed that he would be transported by ambulance to Portland, Oregon — nearly 4 hours north of where he lives to immediately begin an intensive, 28-day inpatient Induction Chemotherapy.

<div>As his family rallies around him during this difficult time, the financial burden of travel, food, lodging and his loss of income is growing quickly. For some of us, it's even out of state, adding another layer of strain as we do everything we can to support him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you know Klumpp, you know — he’d give the shirt off his back to help someone else, without hesitation. He has dedicated his life to serving others:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>•	He taught metal shop for 23 years at North Valley High School, inspiring generations of students with hands-on skills and life lessons.
</div>
<div>•	He currently works at a youth detention center, New Bridge, where he continues to mentor and uplift young people in need of guidance and structure.
</div>
<div>•	He’s a foster parent, a small business owner, and above all, a loving Papa, father, brother, and husband.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And in true Klumpp fashion, he continues to fight and is determined to stay positive, saying:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>“If this takes me, it won’t be because of something I didn’t do.”</em></strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now it’s our turn to give back as he begins this unexpected and intense battle.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With his treatment taking place so far from home, we’re asking for help to offset the costs of being by his side: food, temporary lodging, transportation and the loss of his personal income during his extended medical journey. Every donation, no matter the size, helps ease the pressure and allows us to focus on what matters most — Klumpp’s recovery.
