KILLEEN, TX POLICE MUST BE FIRED AND ARRESTED FOR WHAT THEY DID TO THIS UNCONSCIOUS AND UNARMED MAN! He's not been able to work and take care of his family as he's usually done due to injuries and issues caused by Killeen police! Burker King employees called 911 to help Truman after they witnessed him have a seizure in the drive-thru after he made his order. Instead of the police helping him when they came on the scene and found him literally unconscious in his car, these police officers repeatedly and without cause tased Truman INSIDE the back of the ambulance as he screamed in pain begging them to stop; drug him out of the ambulance handcuffed, walked him all the way across the Burger King parking lot shoeless because they'd also tased his feet in the ambulance, tased him again while handcuffed in the back of the police car, and all the while he still never knew what was going on because the last thing Truman recalled was sitting in his car making in order in the drive-thru. NOT ONE TIME did police or first responders tell him as he was gradually awakening from the seizure that the reason they were there and had him restrained to a gurney is that he'd experienced a seizure that caused him to fall unconscious. It was like you were GRADUALLY awaking from a deep coma-like sleep where you last remembered yourself in your car, to now your body in a small boxed area restrained with a lot of police giving your commands and tasing you, and because gradually coming out of the deep sleep you're not yet in your right mind so you don't even realize who the people are standing over you and why you can't move!! And if THAT wasn't enough, body-cam footage laughing about almost tasing Truman to death, and then conspiring to come up with a crime to which to charge him AFTER they'd already taken him off to jail! Even a black female SGT gets involved, telling police to "hurry up" as they try to come up with a reason for their false arrest "because he's already gone to jail!" A white LT responds you can't charge (Truman) with resisting arrest "because he was incoherent." "He wasn't in his right mind." And then took him to jail, dragged him, refused to allow him medical care and his high blood pressure medication. And when we informed Killeen's city council of this in writing over year ago, they FOUGHT us not to get the body worn camera. Think about it, the MAJORITY BLACK leaders of Kileen knew over a year ago what their officers had done to this black man, and still kept those officers on the force.
