Officer Rey Rodriguez Campaign

Over the last two years one of our School Resource Officers, Rey Rodriguez, has been quietly battling cancer. He has just made his fight known to us and has been suffering silently, shouldering this heavy burden on his own. Rey has a rare form of cancer – well differentiated neuroendocrine tumors. Rey is currently diagnosed at Stage 4 as the cancer has spread. He has endured countless months of testing and treatments and is currently undergoing an experimental treatment. Surgery is not a viable option at this time. His prognosis is largely unknown and tests and treatment remain on-going. 

As you can imagine Rey is dealing with a lot personally and has been for quite some time. Rey has accrued significant medical expenses and the deductibles start over every January 1st.  The last thing we want Rey stressing about is how he will manage the accruing medical expenses.  Rey has faithfully served the citizens of Georgetown for over 11 years.  Please join us in supporting him through prayer and a simple donation.
