On February 14 th 2015 our loving mom, Karen Caponigro, suffered a massive heart attack. She has undergone many procedures as Dr's try to figure out what they can do to help her heart. Unfortunately she is not a candidate for any type of heart surgeries due to her past with battling cancer on top of many other things she suffers from. Dr's say she just has to fight hard and hope that her heart gets stronger on its own. It's been over a month and our mom is still fighting everyday to get better and stronger so she can come home to her family where she belongs. Dr's advise us to have minimal stress in her life when she returns home. So our family is doing what we can to help that be done. We are starting this fundraiser in hopes to help her pay some of the medical bills and other expenses she will have after this long hospital stay. She is going to have a long road of recovery and our goal is to help her stay stress free so her heart will stay healthy and strong. For the people who don't have the pleasure of knowing our mom she has been through a lot over the years. She has battled and beat cancer 3 times. She's the strongest most kind hearted person you will ever meet who always puts other people before herself. She truly deserves this. Every donation matters and our family truly appreciates all the love and support from everyone and we thank you!
